How can I access my HOA account statements?
You need to log into your Mountain Home HOA Solutions owner portal account. From there you can access all of your statements.
How can I link my Vail Resorts rental accounts in the Vail portal to view all statements at once?
- Sign into Vail Resorts Homeowners website vailresortshomeowners.com
- Click Edit Sign In Information
- Click on the Manage Vail Resorts Owner Portal Master Linked Accounts
- There is a document posted in the “Help” tab called “linked Accounts Help Document for Homeowners” that can walk you through how to link the accounts
- Once accounts are linked, choose My Profile at the top of the screen, then Linked Accounts
- A drop down will display all the accounts you can now move between
- Simply click on the unit to move to the new site.
How can I log onto see my revenue statements?
The Vail Resorts Owner Portal is an online site where you can access your revenue statements and view and change your personal information. Here are instructions for first time users:
- Go to http://www.vailresortshomeowners.com
- Choose “Owner Sign In” at the top of the screen.
- Select “Sign Up” for new users and fill in the fields.
How do I make a reservation or request space A availability?
The reservation department and rental program are managed by Vail Resorts. Contact VR owner services for assistance with those requests at 435-615-8019 or Donna Sheeran: donna.d.sheeran@vailresorts.com
I have a question about my revenue check and want to see how many room nights were booked last month.
The rental program is managed by Vail Resorts. Contact Donna Sheraan for assistance Donna.D.Sheraan@vailresorts.com. She can get you login information for the Vail Resorts owner portal, where owners can access revenue statements online.
How do I access the locker room?
The front desk will automatically program an owners key card to open areas owners can access.
Can owners get a 2nd locker if they are available?
If you own one quarter share you are allowed to have one set of lockers, two q-shares = two locker sets.
The current open lockers are for new owners or current owners that do not have a locker set. GS HOA is starting to reclaim lockers from owners who are out of compliance.

To set up payments for your account please follow these instructions:
- Visit https://mountainhomehoa.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/login
- Enter your email and password (if you need to reset the password you will get an email)
- Sign in
- Once logged in you can set up payments.

Once logged in you can set up payments and under your name in the right hand corner you can switch accounts.
Does Vail still charge a resort fee to Grand Summit hotel guests?
Yes, and owners still get 50% off that fee.
